摘要
基于患者门户的信息共享有助于满足老年认知障碍患者在疾病护理方面的独特需求.文章从患者门户概述、发展现状、可行性及效果、应用困境进行介绍与分析,并提出思考与对策,以期为患者门户在国内老年认知障碍患者中的应用提供新思路,为完善我国本土化的信息共享平台建设提供参考.
Abstract
Patient portal based information sharing helps meet the unique needs of elderly patients with cognitive impairment in disease care.This article introduces and analyzes the overview,development status,feasibility and effectiveness,application difficulties,thoughts and countermeasures of the patient portal.Intending to provide new ideas for the application of patient portal in elderly patients with cognitive impairment in China,and to provide reference for improving the construction of localized information sharing platforms in China.
