摘要
咨询是指单向收集患者和公众观点,从而在指南制定过程中加以考虑的患者参与指南制定的策略,其特别适用于收集大量个体患者观点,是确保指南考虑患者观点的关键.文章基于现有文献,介绍了指南在不同制定阶段应用咨询策略的价值、开展咨询的方法,还分析了咨询策略在国内外指南制定过程中的应用现状,提示未来国内指南制定应加强患者参与度,以及患者咨询广度,以提高指南的可及性和接受度.
Abstract
Consultation refers to a one-way collection of patient and public perspectives,which are then considered during the guideline development process.It is a patient involvement strategy particularly suitable for gathering a large number of individual patient views and is key to ensuring that guidelines take patient perspectives into account.Based on existing literature,this article introduced the value of applying consultation strategies in different stages of guideline development,methods for conducting consultations,and analyzed the current application status of consultation strategies in the process of guideline development at home and abroad.It is expected to enhance the patient involvement during guideline development in China.
