摘要
目的:构建科学的糖尿病专科护理门诊建设指标体系,为我国糖尿病专科护理门诊建设提供参考依据.方法:在文献回顾、研究小组讨论的基础上,初步拟订糖尿病专科护理门诊建设标准指标体系初稿.采用德尔菲专家咨询法对25名专家进行2轮咨询.结果:2轮专家咨询的专家积极系数均为100.0％,专家权威系数分别为0.938和0.946.在第2轮专家咨询中,一、二、三级条目的肯德尔和谐系数为0.103～0.151(P＜0.05).最终形成的糖尿病专科护理门诊建设标准指标体系包括一级指标4个(岗位设置、制度规范、场地设备、运行管理),二级指标9个、三级指标26个.结论:糖尿病专科护理门诊建设标准指标体系科学、合理,能为糖尿病专科护理门诊建设与发展提供指导.
Abstract
Objective:To construct a scientific standard index system for a nurse-led diabetes outpatient department.Methods:The first draft of the index system was initially developed based on literature review and panel discussion.Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted in 25 experts by the Delphi expert consultation technique.Results:The expert active coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100.0％,and the expert authority coefficients were 0.938 and 0.946,respectively.The coordination coefficients were between 0.103 and 0.151(P＜0.05).The final draft of the index system for a nurse-led diabetes outpatient department included 4 indices(post setting,rules and regulations,site and equipment,operation management)on the first level,9 indices on the second level,and 26 indices on the third level.Conclusion:The index system for the nurse-led diabetes outpatient department is scientific and reasonable,and it can provide guidance for the development of nurse-led diabetes outpatient department nationally.
