Construction of early exercise rehabilitation program for patients with kinesophobia after PCI
Objective:To construct an early exercise rehabilitation program for patients with kinesiophobia after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI)based on Acceptance Commitment Therapy(ACT),so as to provide a basis for the implement of rehabilitation strategies for patients with kinesophobia. Methods:Literature on exercise rehabilitation for patients with kinesophobia after PCI was systematically searched in the relevant database from inception to January 31,2023 to extract key intervention information.Under the guidance of Relational Framework Theory and fear-avoidance model, the draft of early exercise rehabilitation program for patients with kinesiophobia after PCI based on ACT was developed.Using Delphi method, the final program was formulated by two rounds of correspondence with 15 experts. Results:A total of 17 studies were included. The effective recovery rates of the 2 rounds of the expert correspondence were 100.0%,the coefficients of expert authority were 0.875 and 0.935,the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.213 and 0.318(all P<0.001),and the coefficient of variation ranged from 0 to 0.17 and 0 to 0.14,respectively.The final program included 4 stages,10 projects, and 27 specific measures. Conclusion:The early exercise rehabilitation program for patients with kinesiophobia after PCI based on ACT is scientific, reliable, and comprehensive, and it can provide reference for early clinical intervention for patients with kinesiophobia.
