Evidence summary for exercise interventions in mildly disabled elderlyi
Objective:To retrieve and summarize the relevant evidence of exercise interventions for the mildly disabled elderly,and to provide evidence-based basis for medical staff and the mildly disabled elderly's families to guide exercise.Methods:The relevant literature on exercise interventions for disabled elderly in domestic and foreign databases was systematically retrieved.The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the databases to August 5,2024.The quality evaluation of the included literature was carried out,and the evidence was extracted and summarized.Results:A total of 13 articles were included,including 2 clinical decision-making,2 guidelines,2 expert consensus,3 systematic reviews,and 4 RCT studies.A total of 26 pieces of evidence were summarized in 5 aspects:pre-exercise evaluation,exercise mode,exercise frequency and time,exercise intensity,precautions.Conclusion:This study summarizes the evidence for exercise interventions for the mildly disabled elderly.In the application of evidence,it is necessary to fully combine the clinical situation and carry out personalized exercise practice to delay the development of disability and improve the quality of life of the disabled elderly.
