目的:评价中文版儿童生活质量测定量表(Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory,PedsQL1M)婴儿量表在1~12月龄婴儿中的信度和效度,为我国婴儿的生活质量测评提供工具.方法:采用多阶段概率抽样方法,选取2023年12月至2024年1月于上海市29家社区卫生服务中心进行儿童保健门诊服务的578例1~12月龄的婴儿,对其照护者进行中文版1~12月龄PedsQL™婴儿量表问卷调查.结果:中文版1~12月龄PedsQL™婴儿量表各条目得分与总分间的相关系数为0.544~0.799,均P<0.05;且高分组与低分组的组间各条目的决断值差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).总量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.967,折半信度为0.888.探索性因子分析显示,各因子的累计方差贡献率为71.017%;验证性因子分析证明模型拟合度较好.结论:中文版1~12月龄PedsQL™婴儿量表具有良好的信度和效度,可为在我国开展婴幼儿生活质量评价提供科学可靠的工具.
Reliability and validity assessment of the Chinese version of the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory for infants aged 1-12 months
Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory Infant Scales(PedsQL™ Infant Scales),and to provide a tool for the assessment of infant quality of life in China.Methods:A total of 578 infants aged 1-12 months who received outpatient pediatric healthcare services from December 2023 to January 2024 in 29 community health service centers in Shanghai were selected by multi-stage probability sampling method.The caregivers of infants were surveyed using the Chinese version of the PedsQL™ Infant Scales.Results:The correlation coefficients between the scores of each item and the total score of the Chinese version of the PedsQL™ Infant Scales ranged from 0.544 to 0.799(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the critical values of each item between high and low groups(P<0.05).The overall Cronbach's α coefficient for the scale was 0.967,and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.888.The cumulative variance of exploratory factor analysis was 71.017%.Confirmatory factor analysis result demonstrated a good fit for the model.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the PedsQL™ Infant Scales for infants aged 1-12 months exhibits good reliability and validity,and it provides a scientifically reliable tool for the evaluation of infant quality of life in China.
