摘要
为进一步提高船舶岸电的使用率,通过汇总收集目前国内岸电基础设施建设、岸电配套法律法规,结合新《中华人民共和国海洋环境保护法》颁布实施背景,提出船舶岸电使用面临的问题并提出海事在船舶岸电发展中应发挥的作用和对策.
Abstract
In order to further enhance the utilization rate of marine shore power,this paper makes a review on the current domestic laws and regulations concerning shore power infrastructure construction and supporting shore power.Under the background of the promulgation and implementation of the new Marine Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China,it puts forward the current problems in the use of ship-shore power and the role that maritime affairs should play in the development of ship-shore power as well as the countermeasures for the industry.
