摘要
通过资料分析和现场调研,从政策要求、技术手段和日常管理等方面提出促进内河船舶生活污水规范排岸接收对策,旨在推动排岸接收设施建设、畅通排岸机制并促进多方协作,共同解决船舶生活污水处理难题.
Abstract
Based on data analysis and on-site investigation,the paper proposes countermeasures on facilitating the standardized disposal of sewage from ships engaged in inland voyages to the shore for reception from the perspectives of policy requirements,technological methods and regular management,in order to promote the construction of sewage reception facilities,smooth the sewage disposal mechanism,and enhance multi-party coordination,aiming to solve the issue of ship sewage with joint efforts.
