摘要
通过整理重庆城区近年来内河船舶噪声投诉事件和船舶噪声调研成果,分析内河船舶噪声扰民的根本原因,并从船舶设计制造、企业和海事监管三方面提出噪声防治措施,供业界参考.
Abstract
Based on a review of the complaints on noise from ships engaged in inland voyages and surveys on ship noise in the urban area of Chongqing in recent years,the paper identifies the root causes for noise disturbances caused by such vessels,and proposes noise control measures from the perspectives of ship design and manufacturing,enterprises and maritime regulation,aiming at providing reference for the industry.
