摘要
以现有航海保障情况及航标养护方法为背景,分析了改良航标保养方法的必要性,研究了抛丸除锈设备、自动化涂装设备、全自动保养流程,并推导了关键参数计算公式,给出了具体设计方法,为全自动浮标养护车间的建设给出方案.
Abstract
Based on the existing navigation service and AtoN maintenance methods,this paper analyzes the necessity of improving the AtoN maintenance methods,studies the shot blasting equipment,automatic coating equipment,and fully automatic maintenance process,and deduces the calculation formula of key parameters.It also provides specific design methods and puts forward the scheme for the construction of the fully automatic buoy maintenance workshop.
