Abstract
To address the managerial and technical issues in the domain of seafarer management and services in the shipping industry,the paper introduces the concept,characteristics,and application cases of the blockchain technology,analyzes the feasibility and significance of its application in seafarer management and services,and proposes specific methods for the application of the blockchain technology.
