摘要
通过分析当前海上无线电通信存在的问题,提出了建立健全海上无线电监测系统以改善海上无线电通信环境的建议,并从标准制定、架构搭建、频率监测、台(站)选址、台(站)监测和软件开发等方面介绍了其实现路径,为交通运输行业水上无线电监测体系建设提供参考.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the existing problems of Maritime radio communication and puts forward some suggestions to improve Maritime radio communication environment by establishing Maritime radio monitoring system,and introduces its implementation path from aspects of standard formulation,architecture construction,frequency monitoring,station location selection,station monitoring and software development,providing reference for the construction of water radio monitoring system in the transportation industry.
