通过对河北沿海近年来商渔船碰撞事故的统计,探寻商渔船碰撞事故发生的源头因素,并从加强自身管理、行业管理、从业者素质以及运用现代化手段等几方面提出避免商渔船碰撞的对策建议,以达到减少事故发生的目的.
Abstract
Based on the statistics of collision accidents between merchant vessels and fishing vessels in recent years along the coast of Hebei Province,this article probes into the source factors of such accidents and proposes countermeasures to avoid collisions from the aspects of strengthening self-management,industry management,practitioner quality,and the application of modern methods,in order to achieve the goal of reducing accidents.
