摘要
通过对《国际载重线公约》中涉及的船员保护条款要求和现状、存在的问题以及对策建议等方面进行分析,提出合理化建议,不断提高对船员的保护水平.
Abstract
Based on a study of the requirements in the Internation Convention on Load Lines on seafarer rights protection and the current situation,existing problems,and countermeasures,the paper proposes reasonable suggestions on continuously improving seafarer protection.
