摘要
在分析危化品船舶安全等级影响因素的基础上,通过专家咨询和调研,构建了危化品船舶安全等级综合评价指标体系和划分标准,依托江苏海事局自主研发的"智汇江海"大数据管控平台,运用多源数据开展危化品船舶安全等级在线实时评价,实现在航危化品船舶航行、停泊、作业全过程精准监管.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of factors affecting the safety grade of hazardous chemical ships,a comprehensive evaluation index system and classification criteria for the safety grade of hazardous chemical ships has been established through expert consultation and research.By virtue of the"Intelligent River and Sea"big data management and control platform independently developed by Jiangsu Maritime Safety Administration,online real-time safety grade evaluation of hazardous chemical ships can be conducted with multi-source data,aiming at the precise supervision of the whole process of navigation,berthing and operation of hazardous chemical ships.
