Water-based recreational activities have become an important growth point in tourism consumption.While bringing vigorous economic growth,the development of such activities also poses challenges in terms of safety management.Due to the wide variety and large number of water-based recreational activities,as well as their weakness in risk resistance,the relevant safety supervision faces difficulties and potential dangers are becoming increasingly prominent,which puts unprecedented pressure on local governments,maritime administrative agencies,and other departments responsible for safety supervision.This article attempts to analyze the underlying causes behind the legal issues relating to the safety supervision of leisure boats and proposes suggestions to address the problems.
