摘要

近年来,随着信息技术与人工智能的快速发展,无人船舶智能化水平不断提高,无人船在海事监管工作中的应用逐渐进入探索阶段.为响应交通运输部海事局提出的"陆海空天"一体化水上交通运输安全保障体系战略部署,以无人船为核心平台,提出一种融合"陆海空天"智慧监管手段的一体化系统架构,详细阐述该系统各模块的具体功能及实现方案,探讨其在海事监管工作中的应用场景及优势.

Abstract

In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and artificial intelligence,the intelligence of unmanned surface vessels(USV)has been steadily increasing,and the application of USV in maritime supervision has gradually entered into the exploration stage.In response to the new requirements of land,sea,air and space integrated water transport safety guarantee system proposed by the Maritime Safety Administration of the Ministry of Transport,this paper proposes a system architecture of land,sea,air and space integrated intelligent supervision system with USV as the core platform,elaborates the specific functions of each module of the system and the realization scheme.It also discusses the application scenarios and advantages in maritime supervision.
