This paper analyzes the pain point of"difficulty in sending alarm and slow response"of small-scale boats.In view of the common use of smart phones,and the wide application of mobile communication technology,Beidou positioning and communication technology,it puts forward a technical scheme to establish an auxiliary alarm platform for mutual maritime rescue based on the mobile phone client and Beidou,so as to provide accurate positioning and emergency alarm service for boats in distress in case of emergency,realize efficient distress alarm and self-rescue and mutual rescue at sea,and serve as an important supplement to the Global Maritime Distress and Safety system.
