摘要

通过对1000总吨以下船舶的运营现状开展调研,对该类船舶行政处罚中存在的问题进行详细的阐述,并结合工作实际,提出相应的对策及建议.

Abstract

Based on the investigation and research on the status of ships under 1,000 GT,the paper elaborates the problems in the administrative penalty for such ships in detail.In view of practical work,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
