Based on a study of the feasibility application of electronic monitoring in maritime off-site law enforcement,the paper analyzes the advantages of the application and existing problems.It also puts forward suggestions on promoting the application of electronic monitoring and establishing a standard,regulated and efficient off-site law enforcement system.
