In recent years,with the orderly advancement of the strategy of ocean power,China's deep-sea fishery aquaculture and other marine development activities have become increasingly frequent,and new types of deep-sea fishery aquaculture facilities have been developing rapidly.To conduct statutory survey of offshore facilities is not only a necessary requirement in the implementation of the Maritime Traffic Safety Law,but also a critical link in the safety supervision of offshore facilities throughout the life cycle.However,there are issues concerning survey responsibilities,survey standard,survey subject,etc.in actual practice.The research and analysis on the existing problems in new-type deep-sea fishery aquaculture facilities is conducive to clarifying the survey responsibilities,better implementing the Maritime Traffic Safety Law,promoting the high-quality development of fishery aquaculture facilities,and facilitating the construction of China into an ocean power.
