The high-speed passenger ships in the boundary river between China and Russia undertake the important function of international passenger transportation between the two sides.After the resumption of waterway ports in Heilongjiang Province in 2023,the operation and development of such ships face new challenges.Based on the practice in supervision,the paper conducts countermeasure research on the problems identified,and provides targeted suggestions aiming at improving ship operation and safety management.
