为加快落实习近平总书记对推进粤港澳大湾区建设重要指示精神和党中央决策部署,粤港澳大湾区海事管理机构积极对接,持续加强海事监管合作,推动海事监管业务向数字化、智能化转型,有效支撑了粤港澳大湾区经济社会高质量发展.通过分析粤港澳大湾区海事数据共享共治当前存在的问题,提出相应对策和建议,为持续推动大湾区海事数据共享共治,助力粤港澳"数字湾区"建设,促进大湾区经济社会高质量发展提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
To accelerate the implementation of the important instructions made by Xi Jinping,General Secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee and the decisions and deployment on the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the maritime administration of the Greater Bay Area has made active communications,enhance maritime supervision and cooperation continuously,and promote the digital and intelligent transformation of maritime administrative affairs,which has provided effective support for the high-quality economic and social development of the area.Based on a study of the existing problems in sharing and Co-governance of maritime data in the area,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to continuously promote the data sharing and Co-governance,facilitate the development of"digital area"covering Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,and provide reference for the high-quality economic and social development of the area.
