摘要
通过分析航海保障数字化转型的必要性和面临的问题及挑战,总结现阶段航海保障数字化建设进展,按照智能航运和E航海对航海保障数字化建设的要求,提出航海保障数字化建设的重点方向和路径.
Abstract
This study analyzes the necessity,problems,and challenges related to the digital transformation of of navigation service.It summarizes the current progress in the digital development of navigation service,and proposes key directions and paths for the further development in accordance with the requirements of intelligent shipping and E-navigation for the digital transformation of navigation service.
