通过对国内沿海船舶履行《2006年海事劳工公约》情况的调查研究,分析国内沿海航行船舶海事劳工条件现状和存在的问题,提出优化调整的建议,以期更好保护海员的合法权益,让海员获得体面工作和生活的权利,助力航运安全、和谐、可持续发展.
Abstract
Based on the investigation and study on the implementation of Maritime Labour Convention 2006 by domestic ships engaged in coastal voyages,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of maritime labour conditions on board such ships,and puts forward suggestions for optimization and adjustment,aiming at better protecting the legitimate rights and interests of seafarers,enabling seafarers to obtain decent work and the right to life,and promoting safe,harmonious and sustainable shipping development.
