摘要

采用文献分析、实地观察和访谈调查等方法,通过对长江江苏段到港海船岸电使用情况进行分析,探索现有船舶岸电"应用尽用"向"能用尽用"转变的路径,以提升内河港口靠港海船岸电使用率.

Abstract

By using the methods of literature analysis,on-the-spot observation,interview and investigation,and based on the analysis of the utilization of shore power on ships arriving at ports in the Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River,this paper explores the path for the transformation from the existing"utilization as much as required"of ship shore power to"use to the fullest",in order to improve the utilization rate of shore power on ships arriving at inland ports.
