通过船舶证书展期案例对船舶证书展期签注中存在的争议进行探讨,结合海事公约和主要船旗国对船舶证书展期的规定,提出了明确展期条件、规范展期签注内容、展期前检验、加强证书展期检查等工作建议,以约束船舶恶意利用证书展期获取商业利益的行为.
Abstract
This paper discuss the disputes in ship's certificate extension through relevant cases.In view of the provisions of maritime conventions and the practice of major flag states,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions,including clarifying the conditions for ship's certificate extension,standardizing the content of endorsement and survey before extension,and strengthening the inspection of ship's certificate extension,in order to restrict ships seeking commercial benefits by using the certificate extension.
