摘要
2024年3月17日,湛江乌石17-2/23-5油田群联合开放项目三座海上平台全部安装完成,预计2024年6月30日前正式投产.该项目作为广东省首个近浅海油气上岸项目,对保障国家能源安全、促进地区经济发展具有重要战略意义.同时,近浅海油气开发也给海洋生态环境带来较大污染风险.针对乌石油田群海上溢油污染风险,提出防治对策与溢油应急能力建设等建议,为乌石油田群的安全绿色可持续开发提供有力支撑.
Abstract
On March 17,2024,all three offshore platforms of the Zhanjiang Wushi 17-2/23-5 Oilfield Cluster Joint Open Project were installed,which are expected to be officially put into operation before June 30,2024.As the first offshore oil and gas onshore project in Guangdong Province,this project has important strategic significance in safeguarding the national energy security and promoting regional economic development.Meanwhile,the development of oil and gas in shallow offshore areas also poses significant pollution risks to the marine ecological environment.This study focuses on the risk of offshore oil spill pollution in the Wushi oil field group,puts forward prevention and control measures,and proposes suggestions for the construction of oil spill emergency response capabilities,providing a strong support for the safe,green,and sustainable development of the Wushi oil field group.
