摘要
通过梳理海上小型休闲旅游船舶管理问题,分析我国海上小型休闲旅游船舶存在的安全风险及监管难点,就如何做好海上小型休闲旅游船舶安全监督管理进行探索并提出建议,以期促进海上小型船舶休闲旅游业正规、有序、健康发展.
Abstract
In view of the problems in the management of small vessels for maritime leisure tourism,this paper analyzes the relevant safety risks and administration difficulties.It also studies the approaches for enhancing the safety management over such vessels and puts forward relevent suggestions,aminig at promoting the standard,orderly,and sound development of such vessels.
