摘要
通过介绍深度基准面现状和存在问题,分析该项工作的必要性和紧迫性,提出完善沿海长期水文站网、推进深度基准面研究及相关技术规范更新、建立健全深度基准面校核、调整和发布机制,为推进我国沿海深度基准面平衡与统一提供参考.
Abstract
This paper introduces the present situation and problems of chart datum,and analyzes the necessity and urgency of the work.It proposes to improve the long-term hydrological network,to promote the study of chart datum,to update relevant technical regulations rules,and to enhance the mechanisms for chart datum verification,adjustment and release,aiming to provide reference on the balance and unification of the coastal chart datum of China.
