摘要
针对我国提出的提升标准国际化水平的标准化发展战略要求,通过分析研判国际电工委员会(IEC)第八十技术委员会(TC 80)的标准制定和国内转化情况,结合航海保障标准化需求,提出将IEC/TC 80标准转化为我国航海保障标准的建议和方法.
Abstract
In response to the requirements of the standardization development strategy put forward by the state to enhance the international level of standards,this paper analyzes and evaluates the standard development and domestic transposition of Technical Committee 80(TC 80)of the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC).In view of the demands for standardization of navigation service,it proposes suggestions and measures for transforming relevant standards of IEC/TC 80 into the standards of domestic navigation service.
