摘要

基于随机疲劳分析方法和SESAM软件,阐述水动力载荷及响应分析、应用热点应力及S-N曲线理论计算疲劳累积损伤度,介绍货油舱船体结构有限元仿真模拟的方法,以渤海某储油船舶为例展示了货油舱结构疲劳强度分析结果,为后续船体结构仿真模拟、货油舱疲劳损伤控制和安全管理提供借鉴.

Abstract

This paper uses the random fatigue analysis method and SESAM software to explain in details the method of hydrodynamic load and response analysis,the application of hot spot stress and S-N curve theory to calculate the cumulative fatigue damage degree,as well as the finite element simulation method for the structure of cargo oil tanks.The results of fatigue strength analysis on cargo oil tank structures are presented taking a certain oil storage vessel in Bohai as an example in order to provide reference for further vessel structure simulation and control and safety management of the fatigue damage of cargo oil tanks.
