为促进内河船员队伍建设,运用演化博弈理论构建政府、航运企业和船员的三方演化博弈模型,通过Matlab软件研究政府、航运企业和船员策略选择的趋势和影响因素.结果表明,三方共同推动船员队伍建设发展是最优均衡策略,且三方策略选择的演化过程受到初始参与意愿和收益比例系数的影响.基于此,从政府、航运企业层面对内河船员队伍建设提出对策.
Abstract
To promote the development of inland river seafarers,this paper uses the evolutionary game theory to construct a tripartite evolutionary game model involving the government,shipping enterprise and seafarer,and uses the Matlab software to study the trends and influencing factors in the choice of strategies by the government,shipping enterprises and seafarers.The results show that jointly promoting the development of seafarers is the optimal equilibrium strategy,and tripartite strategy selection is influenced by the initial participation willingness and return ratio coefficient.It proposes countermeasures for the development of inland river seafarers in terms of government and shipping enterprise.
