在深入研究船舶交通管理系统(VTS)应用现状的基础上,具体分析了目前VTS存在的问题,介绍了建设一套运用大数据、云技术、人工智能等技术的可为值班员提供有效决策支持的国产VTS方案,并提出了VTS国产化相关建议.
Abstract
Based on an in-depth investigation into the current conditions of VTS systems,the paper studies in details the existing problems of the systems,introduces the the development of a domestically produced VTS system that incorporates advanced technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence,providing duty officers with decision support.It also puts forward relevant suggestions on the localization of VTS.
