摘要

以天津海事局为例,充分运用动态管理和智能核查相结合的方式,探索和设计船舶能耗检查程序,解决船舶能耗核查目前存在的问题,以提高船舶进出港能耗核查效率.

Abstract

Taking Tianjin Maritime Safety Administration as an example,and making a full use of the combined approach of dynamic management and intelligent verification,this paper explores and designs a vessel energy consumption inspection procedure to address the current issues in ship energy consumption verification,aiming to enhance the efficiency of energy consumption inspection for ships entering and leaving ports.
