通过分析当前安全管理体系运行中存在的问题,指出了安全管理体系数字化建设的必要性,并以宁波地区航运公司安全管理体系数字化建设实践为例,分析了安全管理体系数字化建设的可行性和有效性,结合宁波实践提出了安全管理体系数字化系统建设的对策建议,为推动航运安全管理转型升级和航运业高质量发展提供了一条可复制推广的路径.
Abstract
This article analyzes the existing problems in the current implementation of the safety management system,highlights the necessity of the digitalization of safety management system,and takes the exploration and practice of the shipping company's digital safety management system in Ningbo as an example.It studies the feasibility and effectiveness of the digitalization and proposes countermeasures and suggestions on the development of digitalized safety management system,aiming to provide a replicable and promotable path for pushing forward the transformation and upgrade of shipping safety management and high-quality development of the shipping industry.
