高温季节船载危险货物运输危险性高,一直是海事监管的重中之重.通过系统分析高温季节船载危险货物运输存在的各类风险,有针对性地提出了具体的海事监管对策,保障高温季节船载危险货物运输安全.
Abstract
The transportation of dangerous goods by ships in high-temperature season is highly dangerous and has always been the top priority of maritime supervision.By systematically analyzing the various types of risks existing in shipborne dangerous goods transportation in high-temperature season,this paper proposes specific maritime supervision countermeasures,aiming to ensure the safety of shipborne dangerous goods transportation in high-temperature season.
