摘要
结合区块链的基本概念及特性,提出了区块链技术在海事执法数据安全保障、跨部门数据共享、水上交通安全风险防控和水上交通管理等方面的应用,推动长三角海事数据资源要素上链与共享,助力长三角海事执法协作一体化.
Abstract
Based on the fundamental concept and features of blockchain,this paper proposes the application of the blockchain technology in ensuring data security for maritime law enforcement,facilitating cross-departmental data sharing,preventing and controlling water traffic safety risks,as well as conducting water traffic control,aiming at promoting the connection and sharing of maritime data resources in the Yangtze River Delta and achieving integrated cooperation in maritime law enforcement.
