游艇被称为"后汽车时代的消费巨人",作为新兴产业被认为是旅游经济新动力之一.从财政税收的角度考量,地方政府本应积极鼓励游艇产业发展,实际上却对增加游艇数量极为审慎,其中的矛盾之处让人深思.通过对游艇产业发展和安全监管形势进行分析,找出症结所在,比对其他类似产业发展历程,提出对策建议.
Abstract
Yacht is known as the"consumptive giant in the post-automobile era".As an emerging industry,it is considered as one of the new motivators of tourism economy.From the perspective of fiscal revenue,local governments are supposed to encourage the development of the industry,while they are extremely cautious about increasing the number of yachts,which is a thought-provoking contradiction.This thesis attempts to make a brief analysis on the yacht industry and the situation of safety supervision and identify the crucial problems,putting forward countermeasures and suggestions while making comparison with other similar industry development processes.
