新能源汽车的海上出运监管对于保障海上运输安全和环境可持续发展至关重要.通过探讨新能源汽车在海上运输过程中存在的难点和突出问题,从海上安全运输和海事监管的角度提出相应举措,以减少事故风险、确保货物完好无损,从而促进新能源汽车行业发展.
Abstract
The supervision of new-energy vehicles at sea is crucial to ensure the safety of maritime transportation and sustainable development of.the environment.Based on a study of the difficulties and prominent issues in the maritime transportation process of new-energy vehicles,this paper proposes measures from the perspectives of maritime safety transportation and maritime supervision,in order to reduce accident risks,ensure the integrity of goods,and promote the development of the new-energy vehicle industry.
