Abstract
Based on a review of the legal sources related to the supervision of port of registry of maritime management,this paper analyzes and clarifies the scope of responsibilities and the performance benchmarks of the supervision of port of registry,and further puts forward opinions and suggestions on strengthening and standardizing the port of registry of maritime management.
