摘要
通过分析评价海事国际影响力的关键因素,在构建评价指标体系结构模型的基础上,对我国及国外知名海事主管机关国际影响力进行评价,分析出我国海事国际影响力现状,并从强化能力建设、全面有效履约、增强国际表现、提升宣介能力四个方面提出对策.
Abstract
Through analysis on the key factors for evaluating the global influence of the maritime administration of China and based on the establishment of an evaluation index system structure model,this paper evaluates the international influence of both China maritime safety administration and well-known maritime authorities.It further analyzes the current status of the intemational influence of China's maritime administration and proposes countermeasures from four aspects,i.e,strengthening capacity building,comprehensive and effective implementation of international instruments,enhancing international performance,and building publicity capabilities.
