船舶运输新能源电动汽车过程中,因火灾事故造成重大财产损失或人员伤亡的情况时有发生.结合典型船舶火灾案例,分析新能源电动汽车海运可能存在的安全风险,针对性地提出新能源电动汽车海运安全管理的对策建议.
Abstract
Fire accidents occur frequently on vessels carrying new energy electric vehicles,leading to serious property losses or fatalities.This paper reviews the global typical cases of ship fire accidents in the maritime transportation of new energy electric vehicles,analyzes the safety risks of such transportation,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the transportation safety of new energy electric vehicles.
