近年来,越来越多的改建或新建大型远洋船舶使用LNG燃料,全球各大港口加速布局LNG加注产业,船对船加注方式加注量更大、效率更高、操作更加灵活.通过对某8 500m3LNG加注船对14 800 TEU双燃料船加注典型作业方案及首单加注流程进行分析,总结船对船加注方式的风险和安全管理建议.
Abstract
In recent years,liquefied natural gas(LNG)has been used as fuel by more and more altered or newly-built oceangoing ships of large scale.Major ports worldwide are accelerating in the layout of the LNG bunkering industry.The method of ship to ship(STS)bunkering is characterized by larger quantity of bunkering,more efficiency,and more flexible operation.This paper studies the plan for the typical case of bunkering from an 8,500 m3 LNG bunker vessel to a double-fuel ship of 14,800 TEU and the process of the first-time bunkering.It also summarizes the risks of STS bunkering and safety management suggestions.
