摘要
通过分析航标效能验收主要参考标准《海区航标效能验收规范》(JT/T 759-2009)中的不足,提出相关修订意见和建议,进一步规范专用航标效能验收,从而提高航标管理维护水平.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the deficiencies of the Rules for the Acceptance of the Effectiveness of Navigation Marks,as the main reference standard for the acceptance of the effectiveness of navigation marks,and puts forward relevant comments and suggestions on revision in order to further standardize the acceptance of the effectiveness of special navigation marks and improve the management and maintenance of navigation marks.
