摘要
新质生产力的提出和数字技术的迅猛发展,为智慧海事建设带来了前所未有的机遇.聚焦"数据要素",从数字中国战略、智慧城市协同、公共数据供给、数据跨境布局等维度深入剖析数据要素化时代的发展动态.通过深挖数据资源、强化数据治理、释放数据价值、丰富应用场景等手段,探讨数据要素如何赋能智慧海事建设,进而推动智慧海事迭代升级,为海事现代化高质量发展注入新动能.
Abstract
The proposal of new quality productive forces and the rapid development of digital technology have brought unprecedented opportunities for intelligent maritime construction.This article focuses on"data elements,"and analyzes the development trends in the era of data elements from the aspects of digital China strategy,intelligent city collaboration,public data supply and cross-border data layout.By exploring data resources,strengthening data governance,releasing data value and enriching application scenarios,it explores how data elements can empower intelligent maritime administration development,thereby promoting intelligent maritime iterative upgrades and injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of maritime modernization.
