以电动汽车、锂电池、光伏产品为代表的"新三样"适应了创新、绿色的发展趋势,出口量快速增长,已经成为我国发展新质生产力的强大动力源.通过分析"新三样"产品海运出口过程中面临的风险及海事监管存在的困难,提出相应建议.
Abstract
The"new trio"products represented by electric vehicles,lithium batteries,and photovoltaic products have adapted to the innovative and green development trend,and become a powerful driving force for China to develop new quality productive forces thanks to the fast growing export.This article analyzes the risks of the"new trio"products during the maritime transportation for export and the difficulties of maritime supervision,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
