通过对深圳西部海域渔船通航风险的调查研究,揭示渔业船舶在深圳西部海域的生产作业规律及其生产活动对商船通航的影响,分析渔船监管难点,提出商渔船防碰撞对策建议.
Abstract
Based on a study of the risks for the navigation of fishing vessels in western sea areas of Shenzhen,the paper indicates the law of production and operation of fishing vessels in this area as well as the influence of their productive activities on the navigation of merchant vessels.Furthermore,it studies the difficulties of the supervision over fishing vessels and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the prevention of collision between merchant vessels and fishing vessels.
