通过介绍近海供应船载运包装危险货物的危险特性,结合船舶载运危险货物的相关国际公约和国内法律规范的最新要求,分析了近海供应船载运包装危险货物时积载隔离方面的常见问题,并针对性地提出了安全建议,旨在推动船载包装危险货物的合规运输.
Abstract
Based on an introduction of the characteristics of danger in the carriage of packaged dangerous goods by offshore supply ships,the paper studies the common issues in the stowage and isolation of packaged dangerous goods carried by offshore supply ships taking into consideration the latest requirements of relevant international conventions and domestic laws regulations.It also puts forward safety suggestions in order to promote the carriage of packaged dangerous goods by ships in compliance with relevant provisions.
