海事调查是开展和加强海事管理工作的基础,也是海事管理的重要职能.通过梳理2021年新《中华人民共和国海上交通安全法》对海事调查赋予的重要职责,阐述了海事调查的重要性,着重分析了海事调查在提升监管水平方面发挥的作用.
Abstract
Maritime investigation is the foundation of performing and strengthening maritime administration,and it is also an important function of the maritime administration.Based on organization of the important responsibilities of maritime investigation under the newly revised Maritime Traffic Safety Law in 2021,this paper expounds the importance of maritime investigation and focuses on the study of the role of maritime investigation in enhancing the level of supervision.
